Hello to all forum members, My name is Neil and I live in Central Florida. My first computer, although I wanted the Atari 400, was the Timex 1000 that was given to me in 1984 or 85. Soon after, when I heard about the 2068 64k model, I found a used one for 50 bucks and made the purchase. Not too much...

Could the issue that you are experiencing have anything to do with the fact that the 1500 was designed to be run at 60hz and not 50? Thats the first thought that comes to mind when I read your post. Good luck.
