Re: G'day from Canberra (OZ)
And a belated hello from me, in Adelaide. I'm normally a regular reader here but "stuff" has gotten in the way for the last month or so, but that's now finally back to normal. I started with a ZX81, and then Spectrum. Sinclair owners were definitely in the minority in Australia, compared to Commodor...

Re: ZXmore - questions and answers (FAQ)
There is another release 2.1 with ZX Spectrum and sub directory and listing support later this summer and maybe even the first CP/M release. Do you expect that when CP/M support is released it would be a simple update of the firmware that a normal user can do, or would it be more complicated than t...

Re: ZXmore and Front Panel
For what it's worth, I'm really looking forward to the availability of CP/M for the ZXmore; once that's ready to go I'll definitely be buying. I'm interested to see/read what dessony comes up with for a front panel, that sounds like an interesting project.

Re: Branded clothing
I've seen the occasional Spectrum-branded clothing item on eBay, and I've bought a couple of them. I'd be suprised if the sellers of them gave the legalities much thought!

Re: Rom hex file help
... Z80 based kits from my childhood mainly the Australian Talking electronics computer "TEC 1D" Wow, that brings back some memories; like you, I grew up reading that magazine. I can't help you with your ZX80CORE quest, but I wish you luck. My current "project" is programming an Altair clone, but I...

Re: ZXPands and ZXpand-AY modules back in stock
I stand to be corrected, but as far as I know there is no real difference between the issue 1 and issue 3 in operation terms I thought you were meant to try to talk me into buying a new one, not talking me out of it :) Anyway, I might buy another one so that I don't need to keep moving my current o...

Re: ZXPands and ZXpand-AY modules back in stock
I bought one of the earlier (issue 1) ZXPands. Is there somewhere I can find out what the differences are between different issues, so I know if I should consider buying one of these new ones?
