As before, I would put the heatsink on the ULA but drill a hole behind RF modulator where the US side for channel 2/3 normally protrudes and then mount micro fan there. It will be enough flow to remove heat. I would put Styrofoam around RCA, EAR and MIC jacks to prevent air flow from that close gap....

I use to heat our house in winter with my bank of PC's running desktop for everyone in the house. Not that impressive since in Texas temperatures rarely drop below freezing and only for a day or two. ;)

Personal preference but maybe the board could be laid out for EITHER the pigtail or a female socket? Let the assembler decide? Hmmm?
