Its someone's personal server at home I believe, at least, it was when I first discovered this very useful site. I can get to it on a desktop no problem. One would expect an impressum on a German website, perhaps the lack of one means that the 'personal' status of the server doesn't require one?

There's also SLAM and SLAM128 ULA replacements, they look similar to vLA ULA replacements and are manufactured in Europe, AFAIK.
