Re: Star Trek: Last Battle...
Files Updated... Have Fun. Hi Xav, since "updating" a message does not affect its timestamp, I just noticed your new program version by chance :( Great! :D But I have some questions about the text output of the game e. g.: St1.jpg What does "217 units hit vs 71" mean? What does "14 stardates" mean?...

Re: Doesn't time fly!
On a 6Gb-enabled SSD Drive, Windows 7 takes about 7 seconds to boot. And that's with a bunch of programs installed. My ZX81-webserver runs within 3 seconds :D During that time - the Zeddy boots and performs LOAD"A" to load and run basic-program "A" from ramdisk. - program "A" loads and runs basic-p...

Re: Simple 8-16K RAM Mod Question
Thanks, Vincent. This is mostly a 'bits from the spares box' project, plus I'm planning on fitting much more besides the 8-16K RAM upgrade inside a standard ZX81 case, so it's a matter of keeping the parts count down as much as sensibly possible, even if that does involve making the odd sacrifice i...
