Anticlockwise and counterclockwise? Are these words meaning same? The TS1500 ULA has its label "NCR F807666". The ULA is a square IC.

I have a TS1500. I want to know if we count an ULA chip's pins counterclockwise or clockwise :? since I need to find a pin number 43 for RA7. I also notice that the ULA has a dimple on one side.
