that's only the beginning. when I first got started with these computers back in the 80s, we played with them 24/7. news letters, books, designing hardware and trying to decypher the bios every chance we got.

back then it was bulletin boards via slooooooowwwwwwwwwww modems.

sharing programs via phone was an adventure. we found we could wire an 1/8" jack to the zx directly to the ear piece using an audio transformer, on the other end via mouth piece and doing save n loads. our version of internet.

now I'm digging out stuff from the closets. missing software for hardware n learning hex buffers n code again isn't quite like getting back on a bike.

I fought with my 486 last night till 3am trying to get my EPROM burner to work. booting up after a 35 year nap was no easy task for that old girl but she kicked up her heels n came alive. still no burner but everything else works, well sort of.

but I can see how this stuff is going to consume me... I'm a junkie again... playing with my old junk!

I've searched all over and have yet to see a "New Posts" button to click. What am I missing?

It's in a drop down list, click "Quick links" which is in the top left of every page.
