No. I just tested it with Google Chrome as my second browser and works fine well.
Surely no cached data for it in Chrome as never used for retro stuff before.
I downloaded "49 Explosive Games for the ZX Spectrum" with 130 MByte size and no problem to load.
It took about 20-30 seconds to load.

Site works fine for me. I never switch off javascript.

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable.

Is what I get with my main PC yet no problem with the one upstairs at the moment.
I seem to recall having this problem before when I bookmark the site in Firefox.
The bookmark allows access for a short while then I find the bookmark no longer works so I seek out the site by some other means bookmark it again until yet again the bookmark no longer works. Strange! :?

EDIT I can no longer access site by any means now!

I haven't been able to access the site either. I just get a blank screen.

I found out you can disable JavaScript and use their noscript-fallback site.

I got a temporary 503 error when switching off Javascript but a second reload of the page showed it fine - error disappeared.
I can browse with Javascript on or off and I can not see a different behavior.
Mysterious. Maybe the german access is less restricted. ;)
