zx harlequin + Interface 1bis = not working?

hello,
Did anyone had luck on getting these two to work together?
I just got my Interface 1bis, but I'm wondering if the one I got is faulty or there is some incompatibility between harlequin and this interface.
The 1bis turns ON but then when I run 'RUN' it does not show the menu that is suppose to show.
