Hi guys. While loading a game on my toastrack the loading noise stopped half way through.
Now it is not loading from the ear jack at all. Seems to have gone deaf. Anybody any ideas?

Re: Deaf Toastrack
What device were you using to generate the audio/“tape” signal?
What cable are you using? Does it have mono or stereo 3.5mm jack plugs?
When trying to LOAD, is there any loading sound (is it quieter than before) or do you now get no loading sound?
Can you still hear the key click sound?
In BASIC, you can also use the BEEP command to make a sound. Does this work?
Do you have any other ZX Spectrums, do they load using the same set-up.
