Hello from Leicestershire

Post by brozier »

Hi,

Recently joined the forum, I built my first ZX81 from a kit as a 15 year old, taught myself BASIC and ended up knowing more than my Computer studies teacher!

It got used for a few years until I started using Commodore PETs at college, and eventually it was given away.
Fond memories though and I'm still working as a software engineer today!

Picked up an issue 3 ZX81 with the early ULA and 16k ram pack recently off ebay - just waiting for a ZX8-CCB from Karl in Germany before I start playing again....

Cheers
Julia
