Thanks a million my friend. I thought my 1000 was a 0000 but that circuit you linked me to gave me a K at the bottom of my screen so I guess its a working computer. I cant wait to start messing around with it.

Welcome to the ZX81/TS1000 forum! I am from Hoosier. I designed the Veroboard circuit board with 1024MAK's circuit. I also chose the NTE transistor equivalent for the Americans.

Yes thank you for posting your circuit. Nice little drawing too. Iv'e got it printed in my binder. And will be asking my guru to confirm my own understanding of how it works.
