EDIT: version has a changed hires without the 48K bug. This created some space to add fastest time (hi score)
EDIT: final 2 cheat bugs solved, also added checkpoint indicator. Checkpoint 1 = start/finish, second on right side, third at bottom.


Controls:
0 = Increase x direction
9 = Decrease x direction
Z = Increase y direction
A = Decrease y direction
NL = Start racing

It might pay to remind thickies like me that playing area only appears when the "enable M1not circuit " box is ticked in Eighty One, otherwise just a blank screen.

EDIT.

I now have just a frozen playing area!

This is the 'official' version of the previous beta tester. Uses 'Vulcan' game engine, with the knowledge and encouragement of the original owner. Individual scenarios load from individual snapshots.

Excellent as this may be I suspect that a thread entitled " New ZX81 games " is hardly the place for a Spectrum release, though I do understand your eagerness for a wide audience. :)

Description: 3D view racer against time
Race your laps over the track. 2 laps to set a time.
In the corners you will drift out so you need to steer.
Use this effect when you are almost against the track.
When you hit the track the speed drops to slowest and you need to built up speed again.
