Only 48K loader not working.

And I managed to add the 48K repair by setting the hiresroutine after doing all the initial setup.
In this way a few lowres screens are made while doing setup. This is needed to make the
copy of the program in upper memoryblock. Then rest of set up is done.
Just before the final set up hires is activated.

So even this program runs without modification on all ZX81 machines.

BTW,

the startscreen has a message.

The 10 of hearts is the only official card or the shown "cards".

Furthermore on the location of spaces an empty heart card is shown to indicate that I love coding hires in 1K.
