Another one!

The title says it all!

I have soak tested it for a couple of hours as well as loading from tape (TZXDuino). Not properly tried saving owing to a lack of reliable tape equipment but it goes through the motions so should be ok! Edge connector tested with a Memotech RAM pack for a few hours.

All the keys work but the membrane is original - I had to trim it a bit to get all keys working. All screws and feet. :D

I had to paint the logo back in as it was very faded.

I can add a manual, PSU, cassette and RF cables for an additional £15 if required. Just add a box from ConsoleBoxes.com and you have a nice zeddy set up!

P&p will be around £4-£5 for Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (UK). Could potentially post outside the UK but it is something of a pain now.

Please PM me if interested and also post on this thread.

Hells teeth Lardo are you having a closing down sale!?

Nice looking tooter with fairly rare EPROM, for anyone interested I must say if this zeddy is anything like the one I have just bought from him than it's a bargain, definitely one of the better sellers and I say this with no affinity or vested interest to Lardo, just that over time I have come to trust him quite readily and have been very happy in my dealings with him. :D

Thanks for the kind words Moggy!

To be honest at the moment with the eBay selling fees and tax it’s becoming more difficult to want to put the effort into refurbs. Especially when people regularly put offers in that don’t even cover the costs of the new parts let alone the original zeddy and the time / effort involved. I always list the cost of parts in the blurb so people either don’t care, don’t read or don’t believe me I guess.

It might be time to make like the planet of Magrathea and put my head down until things improve. Kind of a mini closing down for a while sale I think.

What always strikes me lardo, is that some people balk when time is mentioned as if they begrudge paying for time almost as if it should be free gratis . As my late father used to say, you can always turn a quid but never get an hour of your life back. The point being that the time you have spent on these re-furbs is time you could have spent doing something else with family perhaps but those hours are now gone never to be got back.
