Re: ZXBETA User Guide & Tutorial
Moggy, On the Height option, I quote from Yerz: "HEIGHT (nobody uses it for 20 years or so. Don't You start)," and in an e-mail from Andy (from March 1): "IIRC Height is a per position setting and alters the overall pitch of the currently playing pattern, nobody uses it (well hardly)" with both the ...

It can be found here: http://swensont.epizy.com/zxbeta.pdf The ZXBETA software can be found on this forum in the post: https://www.sinclairzxworld.com/viewtopic....

Here is a more complete history of the Timex Computer Corporation: http://swensont.epizy.com/Timex.pdf A few from the o...

Speccy Tape Header details
I'm looking to load a text file into a Spectrum / TS2068 emulator (Zesarux) using the LOAD "" CODE command. I did a SAVE "" CODE command to see what the output file looks like and this led me to the Spectrum tape header. Is it known how the checksum in the tape header is created? Has anyone taken da...

Using DF_CC with ASM
I want to be able to see what character is at X,Y location on the screen. The system variable DF_CC contains the address of the next location to print. If I do a PRINT AT, but don't print, then the value at the location pointed by DF_CC should be at X,Y. For some reason I can't get it to work in ASM...
