Re: CB2 micro KIT - Build your own BASIC color microcomputer within 30 minutes.
Hi, I have made progress on the LAN networking for the CB2 micros. See here http://cb2.qrp.gr/extensions/index.html#3_Local_Area_Network Networking works as designed! I am going to test the rest of the cases but it's really fun to see all the computers in the LAN to communicate to each other! Have fun

I am now testing these: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32858555968.html These should do the conversion fine I can confirm that this converter is working fine on my setup (numerous homecomputers). Re: CB2 micro KIT - Build your own BASIC color microcomputer within 30 minutes.
Some extensions are very usefull, i.e. the Dataflash to store programs or the memory extension, the Printer connector, the serial interface. Maybe it is possible to design a pcb with most/all options onboard and the user can decide (via jumperfield?) which option he will finally use / or which part...

Re: CB2 micro KIT - Build your own BASIC color microcomputer within 30 minutes.
Well if there's a pin header on the board, you would be able to stack shields on it like the Arduino. Nice idea! Now there are just pads on the board in different places, but I could bring all the connections to a single "bus". It would require a total re-design of the PCB thought, I am not going t...

Re: CB2 micro KIT - Build your own BASIC color microcomputer within 30 minutes.
Well done! Any plans to integrate those extensions to a single pcb? A CB2 „Pro“? Would you really want to do that? It would increase the cost and although some people may like it, some others may not. I mean If I have a scart TV why should I use composite, since scart is by far superior? Or for exa...

Re: CB2 micro KIT - Build your own BASIC color microcomputer within 30 minutes.
I have added quite a few extensions in the extensions page of the CB2 micro. All of the presented extensions have been tested. More to come

Re: CB2 micro KIT - Build your own BASIC color microcomputer within 30 minutes.
Very impressive. I can't find any info on your page, how to connect VGA or HDMI. The KIT output is SCART (PAL/NTSC). If your TV has not got SCART inputs you may use one of these https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=SCART+TO+HDMI&_sacat=0&rt=nc&LH_BIN=1 They are very cheap. Same for VGA. O...
