Re: Streaky video

Also, may I suggest that you try 1024MAK/Dessony strip board video buffer amplifier? http://www.sinclairzxworld.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2405&p=25270&hilit=video+buffer#p25270 Mark designed the circuit. I made it simpler by using a Veroboard/stripboard. Thank you very much in advance. Cheers, Dessony

Re: USB ports for Printer and another devices?

Rich,

Please help these poor Americans (like me) figuring out the British pounds converting to US dollars for the TS2040's price tag.

Re: TS2040 Photos!

TS2040's print head is vibrating sideways, not fixed! Someday, I will video its print head movement then post it here.

Re: USB ports for Printer and another devices?

Moggy, Yes, but we have to be mindful of the thermal paper roll measurement before ordering these rolls. In according to the TS2040 manual, Roll size: Roll width: 110mm/4.28"/4.33"/ or 4-5/16" --- Roll diameter: 48mm --- Paper length: 25 meter max. 82 feet. Are these thermal paper rolls expensive? T...

TS2040 Photos!

Hello everybody,

I was curious about whether the TS2040 has its own belt. So, I decided to open it up then take a few photos of the certain printer and its innards. Surprise! NO BELT at all!

Thank you very much in advance.

USB ports for Printer and another devices?

Pokemon and somebody, Zxmore has its own USB ports for saving and loading programs. With thermal paper rolls (for TS2040s and Alphacom32s) and aluminum-coated paper rolls (for ZX Printers) being harder to find, can we do about writing a few more code lines for the USB ports of the ZXmore to have its...

I don't have a printer to test fit it on, so if someone Stateside would like to give it shot, let me know.
I have a working TS2040 and I am on the same side of the "pond" as you are! :-D
