Re: sz81 emulator

Thanks, that worked.

FYI, anyone using the ZXMore version, you have to change to UDG mode in the tools options before loading it.

Re: sz81 emulator

The ZXMore version doesn't work because the file "ZXM-data.bin" is missing from the archive.

sz81 emulator

The sz81 is a nice emulator. If you haven't checked it out recently you might want to here... http://rullf2.xs4all.nl/sz81/ and the manual... http://rullf2.xs4all.nl/sz81/manual.html Besides the standard ZX81 (sz81), it now has support for Chroma, ZXPand (sz81p) and ZX81NU (sz81n), I don't know what...

The author claims over 8000 decimal places in 16K. Presumably more with extended RAM.

ZX81 Mod

There's a new youtube video of a guy showing the insides of a ZX81..

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vv715KETc0w

It looks to be heavily modified, I was wondering what this mod might be.

Any guesses, looks like it has a substantial heat sink attached.

BASIC Input routine

Here's a general purpose "plug n' play" input routine in BASIC. Fairly snappy for being all BASIC.
