Re: 5.5" B/W CRT TV - maybe composite mod?

There’s YouTube videos with another version that has composite already. But otherwise they look very similar. https://youtu.be/BmllyvG5c2w

And a full disassembly here, but again the version with composite already. http://jestineyong.com/servicing-rising ... onochrome/

5.5" B/W CRT TV - maybe composite mod?

Hi :) I have a 5.5" B/W CRT TV that has VHF/UHF input. But there's no composite. I've opened it up today, and see there are "holes" in the back for more outputs. And I see on the board there are a lot of "missing" components. So this is probably a PCB made for different models of the TV, and some ex...

Re: Memotech Z80 Assembler question

Now there's a patch, that detects empty lines better. Before, it detected empty line with space in column 7. Now it tests for space both in column 1 and 7. And there's an extra easter gift. Shift-T will enable/disable [.] period-key to work as tabulator as well. Then you don't need to press two keys...

It’s to keep the patch small an simple (and not too slow, as it’s running for every key press).

Re: Memotech Z80 Assembler question

Nope.

It’s because I don’t check whether the whole line is empty.

I only check the first char of the mnemonic. So some comments will be seen as empty lines. This is why an added space early on the line, pushes a char into the first char of the mnemonic place.

Re: Memotech Z80 Assembler question

I've made an update.

This is even more automatic.

It automatically disables auto-new-line, when it reaches the empty line at the end.

Re: Memotech Z80 Assembler question

Working on it yesterday and all day today. Load Z80ASPTL.P, and it will load the two patches for Memotech Z80 Assembler. Now Shift-NewLine activates auto-newline, and Shift-NewLine deactivates it again. This will only work with Z80 Assembler in RAM, and not the original one. Requires ZXpand load-at-...
