Re: Very nice condition ZX81 up for adoption

Hi Lardo. I've just only seen this thread and if you should fail to in your attempt make a deal with the other forum members I would certainly rather buy your ZX81 issue one board as the ULA is usually in a socket, And swap out my Zeddy issue three board which has a dead ULA, with an Andy Rea ULA wh...

Re: What is the name of a computer magazine before the spectrum?

Hi! A long time ago there was a computer magazine. Not "Your Sinclair", not "Your Spectrum". The only things I remember: 1) There was not so much pages, 2) Its paper was like a newspaper paper and 3) It was not color, only black. Can you help me with its name? Thank you in advance. Micro Mart Brian

Re: Anyone know where to get hold of this fantastic lost ZX81 game?

I've always loved the arcade game The Pit, and was super-excited to discover a great ZX81 version apparently existed, called Caverns. caverns.jpg Thing is, I can't find a download of it anywhere. You can play it in a browser here: http://www.zx-gaming.co.uk/games/caverns/default.htm but the origina...

Let me add my backing to you Paul, I also agree with what Mark wrote and could not have put it better myself we would be shooting ourselves in the foot to do otherwise, One of the reasons I keep coming back here is for the help I got from reading all the posts and buying great kit from members like ...

Not much detail on their site though.

Re: ZX81 cooling fan

Thanks Moggy. I will get one ordered. Edit - bloody Maplin. None in my local branch and you can’t order them on line. Nearest one is 20 miles away! I’m sure this used to be a good company.... Will continue the search. Thanks Moggy! Hi Lardo would a internal laptop fan like this one be any be...
