ZXvid Install

Can the ZXvid be installed in tandem with the existing UHF modulator from an electrical perspective?

This, of course, assumes that one finds a location to mount the ZXvid and provide another RCA connector for output. My ZX81 is mounted in a Bud box so mounting is not an issue.

I went with a perf board using wire wrap to connect it all. Flat cable from ZX81 edge connector to the perf board. Perf board also has I/O. SRAM is actually 32kx8 (MT5C2568-30).

Well, I got Mr. Dot up and running. I bought a cassette recorder off ebay and everything works great except the TV is not to happy with the RF signal. Weird that the TV finds the ZX81 at channel 86 but it is set for a cable input not antenna. Also, the video is sometimes reversed. I guess I should l...
