I'm looking for the bottom half of a ZX81 case. I have a top half and a badly or partially soldered ZX81 PCB that I would like to restore. But first I need a complete case. If anyone can help donate or sell me the lower half of a case at a reasonable price I'd be grateful. Thank you.

I recently bought an Alphacom 32 with no PSU so I'm about to search for one. Does anyone know if its 24V peak to peak, or 24V RMS? Better still, can anyone recommend a reliable replacement available in Germany? Thank you.

Did you try to clean the connectors or verify that a signal is present on the PCB? I had an intermittent power connector and after replacing it, it was fine. For a first try I use DeOxit contact cleaner. Also verify that the cables are working.

Thank you all. Yes, my collection seems to grow despite telling myself that I'm not a hoarder. As soon as I finish working on the Spectrums I'll turn my attention to the ZX81s. The only one missing is the ZX80.
