Well, you just reminded me to have a look at my TL801

You can coose between ZX80 or ZX81 Mode with a Jumper (Yellow)... the Jumper on the left side is to change the Backround (black on white or white on black). Without Jumpers the ZX80-Mode is on...

There is no Solution for that
