I may have spoken in haste. :( I've attached hardware Test Perhaps your not entering the BMP name correctly so all your seeing is the junk that is already in memory and not the actual bmp data. When entering a file name the .BMP extension is assumed so enter runner not runner.bmp Also the bmp files...

This utility will convert a 2bit 64x64 pixel BMP to UDG data. Several sample BMPs are included.
