Re: ZX-WESPI - add a cheap wifi-enabled fileserver to your Zeddy!
I have not heard of an external housing for a Wespi. Most people who have the original version without LCD/VGA, just has it taped to the inside of the ZX81 housing. I believe other people with the LCD have made a custom case for their ZX81 with an LCD screen. I have not seen anyone using it with a V...

Re: Software Preservation
Your work is very much appreciated. Please know, that the TZX is primarily a format for the ZX Spectrum, and few emulators for ZX81 support it. Emulators for the ZX81 / Lambda 8300 use the P format. On top of that, if you want to load into a real Lambda 8300 with a TZXduino, the file has to be in P ...

That sounds great.
Is it Windows only, or have you written it with cross platform libraries, so Linux and macOS can use it as well?

I belive there are two regular philips screw that connect the pcb to the top case. Be careful with the brittle keyboard connector, when you remove the pcb.

Re: Flash and Joy - WIP
It's a little uncertain whether your hardware requires a ZX81 which already have 32k of RAM (which are few), or your cartridge provides the 32k RAM needed for the software.

Re: How do I use MCoder?
Yes, that one of the threads I also found.
However there is a longer thread, where @bwinkel67 breaks up a Basic program into smaller pieces, and compiles them all and glues them together to one program. He got it to work quite well.

Re: Lambda 8300 - screen goes black after a while
There is still no Lambda 8300 ULA replica. However Tynemouth Software tried to play around with a Minstrel 3 board, and got it to work as a Lambda 8300. Their findings could be used to create a Lambda 8300 ULA replica. However I think my hobby electronic knowledge is not suitable for the task. http:...
