It's a shame that the demo doesn't infinitely loop (that is until there's a RAM Pack wobble or the computer crashes), because it'd be cool to leave it running whilst people admire it rather than having to load it over and over.

Any tips on speeding up BASIC without using FAST? For instance, it is quicker to LET X=0 or LET X=VAL "0" or LET X=PI-PI? Or is there no difference? Can you also directly POKE chars to the screen? If you wanted to move around a single CHAR, is it quicker to POKE it directly to the location on the sc...
