Re: A Gaggle of ZX81's for sale

A more realistic price would be around $200.00 for the lot, as a full package usually ranges between $30 to $50. It would be nice to know what "real world" application they were used for. The seller says they were bought from an engineer, they definitely look like they had a hard life. Regards; Greg

Labyrom

This is a nice game published in issue 108 of Hebdogiciel. Magazine, 1985. It is a Pac-man style game, eat the pills-avoid the monsters, but uses 2x2 sprites, somewhat similar to Mazogs. Fast moving and fun, but the original program's instructions were in French so I translated them, as best I could...

Re: Possible bug in ZX81x2 ROM ?

The "FILL" routine makes a call to n-mod-m (1C37) at 48F5, it's no longer at that location. The program doesn't crash because it hits the RST 08 with error code E6 at 1C49, causing the stack to reset and return to BASIC. That's why nothing is printed.

Micro Cornucopia

Micro Cornucopia was an old computer magazine published in the 80's. While not specifically geared towards the Sinclair computers, I always found it an interesting read. It's mostly a magazine for "programmers" especially C and Pascal. They also published hardware projects as well. It was mostly "me...
