Re: Software Downloads
Friend Rwap,
For ZX4PAINT, of course, I am glad to contribute.
However, I would like to ask you some days more :
- In order to update my site with all information on the program
- I am writing again the soft but with a *.p file
It will be OK next week I hope
Thanks Dominique

Re: 32 bit Maths routines
Hello friends This is the 32 bit program with the 4 elementary operation : + - / * written in Forth and Basic. (If some one could be kind enough to translate it in English, thanks) Basic send the datas thrue string B$ and C$, Forth send the result in string R$. Since the source is included, I believ...

Re: Return to BASIC
Many thanks for the answer. It helped me to understand the RAND USR ! With a debug I noted that the adress of the SP allway was 7FEA at the start. While the SP was at 7FEA I could come back to the BASIC with C9. However FORTH change the Stack adress later. It is why the computer crashed with any C9....

Return to BASIC
Hello friends, I am sure the answer to be somewhere, but let ask it again : I have a program I call from the BASIC with the usual RAND USR XXXX But in the program I will use all the REG and the Stack. My question is : where is the information for to comeback to the BASIC ? In the STACK ? In a REG ? ...

Siggi,
To promote the survival of Forth as the more successful HOAX of the past century, is my duty.

Re: 32 bit Maths routines
Bonsoir Moggy, Yes, I am sure It works on the ZEDDY. Use the ARTIC Forth compiler (It IS a true FIG Forth compiler With the 32 bit D+) http://forthretro.new.fr/download/ZXforthArtic.zip (Thanks Xavier from Xav Snap) So the ZX will do the job. Input the following program : \\\\\\ HEX <NL> : 2SWAP ROT...

Re: 32 bit Maths routines
Hello Moggy This will not answer your very question, but since you are talking about 32 bit math  , Forth works fine with both : Double precision math (integer !) and Zeddy. Of course Forth seems, at first, a very strange language, but believe me, you can do what you want with the Zeddy using ...

Re: ZX4PAINT
Hello Thank you Rich. I am more a Forth enthousiast than a specialist. Siggi : I am doing something wrong, since I cant run the ZXpaint. It is said "Enable SCRAM Bord then Press A" I suppose it is what EO call " Enable RamPack Wobble". I also checked several options ( Enable RAM in 8K 16 K and all t...
