Re: ZX80 SITE
Thanks for the info Paul, a most excellent site which is richer for your contributions and which I see has another of Mike Hyam's creations called Chart topper. This is one I play to death when I'm in the mood as simulations are my bag and confirm no errors with this one and is a nice piece of softw...
Re: ZX80 SITE
Line 5. After Gosport in the listing. There has to be 9 chrs in a line then a forward slash so 7 letters for Gosport, 2 spaces then the forward slash. to be honest though there is so much more wrong with this game as to make it totally unplayable. You will have to excuse my ignorance re Type fantast...
Re: ZX80 SITE
There is a poor mans version of football manager called grandstand amongst the software which was a magazine type in and unfortunately who ever did the typing omitted one single forward slash in the program listing which causes you to go through an entire season only to end up with your own team pla...

Re: New ZX81 Games
Looks nice enough, unfortunately it doesn't read the keys with Memotech keyboard attached and as the 81 I use is chassis mounted with no membrane keyboard I cannot say how well it plays.

Re: Config "x" don't work on ZXpand+
@Thomas. Hi Thomas just tried config "X" on both of my Xpand+ and all is ok. I don't think it's a ROM issue as in my experience the chip either works or it doesn't with no half measures. I have to speak to Charlie later tonight and will pass this on which I think will be the quickest solution. :D Re...

Re: Determine a Finonacci number
Excellent Shaun at last something else to add to my maths folder. :D I use the following, lifted from Rosetta Code, which may give you some further ideas. Analytic. 10 INPUT N 20 PRINT INT (0.5+(((SQR 5+1)/2)**N)/SQR 5) Iterative. 10 INPUT N 20 LET A=0 30 LET B=1 40 FOR I=2 TO N 50 LET C=B 60 LET B=...

Re: Some questions about ZXPand+ serial port
@Enigmachine I was in communication earlier with Charlie on another matter and mentioned the topic and he said, Serial GET _is_ supported, it was just not documented at the time and he has updated the on-line manual to reflect this. https://github.com/charlierobson/ZXpand-Vitamins/wiki/ZXpand---Onli...
