Re: 64K for TS1000 Ad
The one model also includes the zx81 - so what is different between the zx81 and the other ts1000's? 1k versus 2k memory and 50hz versus 60hz display. I believe that is all.

Re: ZX81 to ZX Spectrum conversion possible
I think it depends on the program, if it is all basic or mixed basic and ml or all ml. If it is graphics based or text based. Does it take advantage of features on the zx81?nama wrote:Is there an easy way to convert ZX81 programs to run on a 48k ZX Spectrum?

64K for TS1000 Ad
I came across this add in a Sync Magazine http://www.ts1000.us/wp-content/uploads/64k.jpg Quote from the add: It installs INSIDE your computer in a minute with easy instructions and no soldering, it simply plugs into the microcessor socket. ... The 64KT = TS1000 with ser. no. prefix F or P The 64KTK...

Tape program
I am trying to locate a program I used in the past for transfering .P files from a PC via the parrallel port to the TS1000. I can't remeber the exact name but it came with the source code (I believe in C)
Anyone know where I can find this?

Re: TS1500 / TS1000 Setup
I visted the local thrift store today and they had a 13" tv there for 10 bucks - cable ready - all digital controls - figured get it and if it worked with the computer it was a plus. While checking out the cashier asked if I wanted a tv that was sitting by the door. It is a 13" sony triniton made in...

Re: Basic Error
My results (using EO 1.0) are: Printed values: 1 4 9 16 64 Runtime: 24 seconds in FAST mode So the timing is correct. But the values are different (no error at 9, error at 49 and 81). Maybe they mixed the results? Siggi Siggi That could possibly be true. If they mixed the TRS80 model 1 and the Time...

TS1500 / TS1000 Setup
I pulled some of my stuff out of the closet today in the hopes of plugging in the TS1500 and learned that the small 5" portable TV I had no longer works (seems like horizontal is out - have about 1/2" wide bar going down the center of the screen. So now I need to decide, do I look around for another...

Basic Error
I saw this in an old TI99 4/A newsletter where they was tesing a small basic program on multiple machines. The interesting thing is that the program has the same errors on the TS1000 and Commodore 64. Why would that be? Did they share the same floating point routines? The program in question: 100 FO...
