Re: Dallas with UDG's

Very good, I'm glad that your having fun :) if i could be so bold as to make a suggestion, if you are only using 1 character set you could save a custom block in this case you've used set 0 so the custom save would be DALLAS,UDG;8192,512 and then loa it back in the usual way. it would save 7.5k on ...

Re: New release of EightyOne available

Downloaded 1.6 to see if the ROM error had disappeared but sadly not. The ROM not found error springs up until I manually load a ROM file, on boot up the hardware box shows ZX81.ROM which seems to have been renamed in the ROM folder at sometime with ZX81.EDITION1/2 .ROM so would suggest this is wher...

Re: A football management game [ZX80]

Yup works on real zeddy and is nice and quick between menu choices (only discrepancy is the £250 difference in starting money and what the instructions say). I'm liking the difference between this and pro league management sims IE worrying about buying a team bus and how much kit washing will cost e...

60's pop quiz with UDG's

Following on from Andy Rea's Muncher with UDG's I thought I'd give this conversion lark a try. I thought I'd start with something basic like this small quiz game ( author M. A. Smith http://www.zx81stuff.org.uk/zx81/tape/PopMusic )by borrowing the numbers from the DK'Tronics ROM but designing my own...
