Re: Hello!
I replaced quite a lot of ZX81 membranes a Bs from my experience there are membranes that come off easily and there are also membranes that will refuse to come off completely when they are not treated with heat before. My advise is: try to get it of without heat. If parts tear off or glue stays on t...

Re: ZX80 with 8K ROM... and SLOW mode!
As ZX81 and its replica are easily avalable at very low prices it would be a shame to modify a ZX80 in a way it's no longer capable of doing "real" ZX80 things. As I love ZX80s and their (limited) capabilities it hurts me to see anybody abusing a ZX80. The nmi boards are available at shipping cost o...

Re: ZX81 dead ULA/video problem?
I still prefer Andy Rea's ULA.
No heat, better picture and nice gimmicks.

Re: ZX80 with 8K ROM... and SLOW mode!
I have seen this often.
I also have some NMI boards here (untested) to "enhance" ZX80s.
But as the value of the ZX80 will be much less when being modified it would be good only for replicas.
Kind regards
Paul

Re: Simple I/O interface
You could also try power basic from Mathias sawatosch.
This adds in and out, data read restore and much more and is of course compatible with zxpand.
Kind regards
Paul

Re: *HELP!* I lost my updated EightyOne source
I am afraid my copy also only is a Version before zxpand was added.
Of course you can always ask for a copy from the NSA as this is definitely a danger for the (inter)national security of our emulator!
Kind regards
Paul

Re: ZX81 Wiki
My idea was that it could grow with more participants.
I think it's a shame there are so many wiki but so little information on each.
Kind regards
Paul
