The ‘stuff’ above R30 maybe thread, as in from cloth. That’s not normal. You may be able to remove it if you pull it. Mark OK, I got out my magnifier and really looked. Issue one ZX81s look hand drawn while issue three zeddies are machine drawn. That's what I thought, but this one looks machine drawn and still says ISSUE ONE on it just above the Z80... (Unfortunately, from my terrible picture, you can only really see the E from the word ONE above and to the right ...
