Zx spectrum Fault

Hi i have been using this machine frequently for a number of weeks and i go to turn it on this time and this happens, does anybody gave any ideas why it might be doing this? Thanks

It also does the same thing sometimes but with a purple border and sometimes has artifacts on the black bars
