Arabic ZX81 Rom

Reading through some old magazines prompted me to ask a gent on Facebook, known for tracking down ZX Spectrum's with Arabic ROMS, if he knew if the ZX81 had an Arabic ROM produced. He pointed me to this..
so it seems it was!
Looks like a keyboard overlay was used for Arabic script (the Speccies had Arabic characters on the keys)
So my question is this - does anyone have a link or copy of the Arabic ROM? I have used the forum search but Arab/Arabic does not give a hit.
