[Tool-ZxSpecTape-Spectrum-ZX81-Lambda] 10th anniversary update.

Hi,
A little "ZxSpecTape" update performed while convert ZX81 and Lambda tape restorations...
It able to retrieve ZxSpectrum, ZX81, Lambda or CPC numeric signals from wavs files.
-Add a 'stamp' feature to rebuild wrong signals.

This app. need some DLLs files to be RUN...
