Hi,
I just deleted the broken links in my browser's "favorites" folder, and I found
this story - again.

Hi, thank you for this great reading! But, perhaps the Science of Cambridge is best - it is the fastest with lots of RAM, has the best BASIC, and the best colour graphics

A mostly complete and useful comparison.
Now I don't feel so bad, I couldn't afford a "real" computer.
Funny story thanks!

A very amusing read!
Funnily enough hardly anyone at my school had C64s. It was mostly Spectrums and a few beebs (me and a few of my mates - I had gone ZX81, Spectrum 16K and then beeb model B).
All of our arguments inevitably ended up with the fact that the beeb cost nearly three times as much as a Spectrum. There was no way back from that one...

I noticed parts of it are in Italian. Were the spelling errors for the main section ever fixed. the Q&A for instance, has no English equivalent

I think you may be waiting a long time for any changes to be made...
Maybe a translation site would help...

I actually laughed a bit at the author's obvious Bias against the c64. Portraying us as Puffed up bullies, not the best move. A lot of C64 users aren't that bad, but the C64 does have it's merits. Though I question the Use of V2.00 Basic for any test. Simon's Basic would've been a better choice
