Scrambled start up screen

Hi I’ve just got a zx spectrum + 2 the black one 30 years after my last one I had and I’ve got a strange problem when I switch it on it’s a Amstrad issue 1 board a 2b I think with a din power input I’ve included a photo of the screen to show what happens any help or advice will be greatly appreciated
