zx80/81 ram pack compatibility?

I can find a few zx80/81 ram packs for sale, does anybody know if they can be used in a Lambda?

I think the pinout is the same so compatible.

We even tried to connect ZX Spectrum interfaces to the SAM-Coupe with a connector that changed bus from Sam to ZX Spectrum.

We got several interfaces working.
