Issue 4S problem

Problems with display showing yellow and not white, getting lines on paper as well but text is clear and readable.

Test Rom
Caps replaced
ULA tested
Replaced cables
CPU tested
Comp mod done with cap

Retroleum rom installed with diagnostics and all tests pass fine

Any advice on what the problem could be? Have attached a picture of what I see on the tv
