Hi fellow members
I have just purchase a T/S 1000 computer on eBay and am waiting for it's arrival. I am looking for a used Memopak 16K or a T/S Model 1016 16K Ram pack. Can anyone help me?

Re: 16K Ram expander
Hello and welcome to our forum
There is a Memotech one on eBay at the moment http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/371545874738 but it is priced a bit higher than the amount they normally go for...
Alternately you may want to have a look at these modern products:-
Or if you can solder, I can point you to details of how to add 16k bytes (or 32k bytes) of RAM inside your TS1000.

Alternately you may want to have a look at these modern products:-
- 32k byte RAM expansion by PokeMon - ZX81XRAM - external 32k memory module +HRG. I'm not sure if he has sold out, they have not been on sale for a little while and he's currently on holiday.
- ZXpand here (scroll down a bit) and here. New production due to start sometime later this year.
- ZXblast - ZX81 memory extension plus USB - currently under development.

Re: 16K Ram expander
Thank you very much. I purchased the Memoteck 16K on eBay.
Re: 16K Ram expander
ZX81XRAM will be no longer available as the ZXblast will do this job in future plus mass storage interface (USB).1024MAK wrote: Alternately you may want to have a look at these modern products:-

For cheap & simple, see on my site: ZX81 internal RAM expansion1024MAK wrote:Or if you can solder, I can point you to details of how to add 16k bytes (or 32k bytes) of RAM inside your TS1000.
Highly recommended when that Memotech pack from eBay fails (probably sooner than later!), or billTS1000 gets hit by RAM pack wobble.
