Z88 Mains Adaptor

Post by SHZ88 »

Dear All,

Does anyone have a datasheet or circuit diagram for the Z88 Mains Adaptor?

A capacitor blew iin mine, which I have now replaced, however, there seems to be other issues, possibly with the diodes.

I think I have a Z88 mains adaptor (or PSU as I prefer to call it) somewhere. However I normally use my Z88 on battery power. I will be busy for the next four or five days, only after then will I have a chance to search for it...

Sorry, no datasheet / schematic.
The original mains adaptor delivers 6.5 V DC / 500 mA (center pin positive)
If you want to use Your own power supply it must be regulated with 6.8V to 7.2V.
