There are so, SO many errors and misinformation (referring to the main ROM as a serial ROM??) and dead links (every Diamond or Square key image in the user manual, mention of a Bluetooth serial adapter, but the internal link self-references and the external link points to a forum which no longer exists) on that site, and I’d like to fix them as I find them.
Who do I talk to about getting edit permissions?
How to get author permissions on the Jira website?
Re: How to get author permissions on the Jira website?
join the telegram channel and ask permission there - is your best bet
Re: How to get author permissions on the Jira website?
Same question. Asking twice in Telegram over the course of a year did not result in any coherent reply.
I’m about to just manually copy the whole thing and set up a proper Wiki myself, it’s ridiculous how bad Jira is as a platform (completely unusable on iOS) and how terrible the state of the Z88 documentation is.
I don’t want to step on anyone’s toes, truly I don’t, but the plain fact is this documentation is the worst I’ve seen for any modern retrocomputing project. It’s just plain unusable, and it’s an awful shame since the work done by this little community upgrading and extending OZ is just incredible, and it should be accessible to people—which includes good documentation.
