LOADER now working for BLOCK load in emulator. Tape and microdrive will follow.

First game I tried was flickerfree spaceinvaders, but it crashed.
Other BASIC games are running but need speeding up.

Aha.... flickerfree games only do a partial display, a bit like my 1K hires games.

This needs an alteration in the display routine.
