I have created an apk-file now that you can download to your Android and install by clicking on it in the file manager:
http://www.df.lth.se.orbin.se/~mikaelb/ ... 1/android/
It's called "Zed Ex.apk". Zed EX is GPL and based on the z81/sz81 emulator. I'm not the author and I don't take any responsibility for damages etc. I don't know where the exact source code is (i.e. the Eclipse project) -- ask the author.
It's better to install Zed Ex from Google Play for security reasons but if you don't have Google Play on your Android this is an alternative.
I created the file using "AppInstaller EX Free" from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... lerex.free
I have not intentionally introduced any virus or malware into it, but it could contain such if my phone was attacked.
I think the emulator Zed Ex is one of the best emulators for Android because it works well with my single touch 7" ZTE Light/V9. My ZTE Light costed the same amount as the orginal ZX81. When using single touch one first presses Shift and then the key. Since the ZX81 had a touch keyboard the feeling is similar.
