Thanks! Glad you're both enjoying the game - it's always nice to get feedback on what I write.
Re: U-BEND - New 16K ZX81 Game
I like the high accuracy of your games.. this one is very professional.
In Chroma81 mode it really seems to be running on a different computer than a ZX81 !!
Well done: it's very addictive..

Re: U-BEND - New 16K ZX81 Game
Thanks Stefano! I like to try and produce well-polished games which stand-out from the old BASIC games which I used to type-in from magazine listings as a child, and prove that the '81 is a capable games machine.
The Chroma stuff does look great. There'd be a lot of scope for a game purely written to use colour, rather than one that has to work for both that and black/white... Maybe one day!

Re: U-BEND - New 16K ZX81 Game
You already did great by combining the lo-rez graphics and colors.
I'm wondering if a Lambda 8300 version could have some success.. my researches showed a relevant presence of such machines only in the Scandinavian regions for Europe, I haven't fully understood the real diffusion of such systems.
I.E. my first port of z88dk was for the VZ-200 (aka Laser 200) but at the time I had no idea it was known a bit here and there
