Well, what can I say - those are YOU guys who made it POSSIBLE. ;)

So NOW I just want to make Your ideas ALIVE. :) Hence the compo, hehe.

So - if anybody's interested - it can be even the geometrical figure. But the final outcome doesn't depend on me: there will be a bunch of ppl present on the party, coming from Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, England - and so on. ;)

But later I will publish the results and works - as usual - to let the all people know ZX81 is worth to work with!!! :)

Thx for You interest anyway,
Y

IVP 2014 ZX party results and works

Hello.

22-24.08.2014 there was another edition of International Vodka Party in PL, a meeting of ZX machines' fans (plus all 8bit freakz). People came here from DE, CZ, UK and PL.
They were from ZX81, ZX Spectrum, Commodore and Amstrad CPC scenes.

Except of hard drinking, there were also two ZX competitions:
- ZX81 hires graphic compo
- ZX Evo graphic compo.

The results are here:
http://yerzmyey.i-demo.pl/IVP2014_compo ... ZX_Evo.xls

ZX Evo works are here:
http://yerzmyey.i-demo.pl/IVP_2014-ZX_S ... _Compo.zip
They are BMP and TRD files.
Use ZX Spectrum Evolution or ATM Turbo to display on real hardware (2 RGB entries work also on Pentagon 128 and ZX Spectrum 128, but use ZX Evo for the static screen).

ZX81 works are here:
http://yerzmyey.i-demo.pl/IVP_2014-ZX81 ... _Compo.zip
They are BMP files.
Use ZX81 with ZXpand interface to display on real hardware.

Well, it was great fun. Thanks to all the participants and visitors for a good 8-bit meeting.

Regards,
Yerz/H-PRG

...well, the ZX Evo slideshow program is already on-line -
http://yerzmyey.i-demo.pl/IVP2014_EVA-Slideshow.rar
Like I mentioned on WOS, the emulator has been included. Just drag&drop the TRD file into the emulator's window and press ENTER twice. And wait a bit.

So - would it be possible to code a similar slideshow with the ZX81 pictures (without the necessity of using the commander)?
Hm. Theoretically it should be doable. For ZX81 16K even... Although with several parts, I assume. I think I could make even several Zonx songs, for those parts, if required.
Ah, I dunno. Would be cool.

Hello.
With this you can convert images from .BMP to executable .P for ZX81.
It can help in some way?
