As kindly pointed by Siggi
I took a further look into this game.

Conclusion:
I think it can be done in 1K!

When the game has 2 lines with objects on it and the objects are sized in 3 lines you would need a total of 11 lines when the runner makes a jump.
11x32=352 bytes for the screen.

With the displayroutine of Blocky the lines can be placed anywhere on the screen.
