ZX Ula2 still available?

Post by no_alfalfa »

Hello fellow ZX geeks! 😊
I have a bunch of Sinclairs here in Norway, both various types of Spectrum, but also a handful of ZX81's, which are causing me some problems... I need three more ula's to get my babies rolling.. And to get rid of the heatproblem, the back porch trouble and have composite out, I'm out on the streets, looking for Andy Rea's ULA2..
anyone know's if this still is available, and where?

Greetings from Norway!
Best regards, Geir O.!

Hello and welcome to our forum :D

I'm sorry, but Andy Rea's ULA2 is sold out and the chip used is obsolete :(

The good news is that there are plans to develop another replacement. But please don't ask when they will be available. If/when the developer succeeds, they are very likely to announce it in these forums.

Step up to red alert. Sir, are you absolutely sure? It does mean changing the bulb :!:
Looking forward to summer later in the year.
